About Our Business
Anew Detroit, L.L.C., is a local development company
founded by a native Detroiter who wants to positively
impact the local economy. We choose projects that have
a high potential to act as a catalyst for additional
investment within Detroit neighborhoods. Our primary
focus is to assist in the rehabilitation of Detroit's key
neighborhoods.
Since the majority of our projects deal with functionally
obsolete and/or blighted properties, Anew Detroit has
included within its' goals to contract out the majority of
the rehabilitation work to reputable and established
Detroit based businesses. In doing so, we insure that we
support the community that we invest in.
